Episode 21 of the InnovateCT Podcast features Kate Haydon, Director of Academy Development at NAF.  NAF is a national network of education, business, and community leaders who work together to ensure high school students are college, career, and future ready. Kate is responsible for helping schools become NAF academies across the United States. In this episode, she shares the history of NAF, their mission, the process to become an academy and what it means to be part of the NAF family of schools. Connecticut currently has 8 NAF academies with over 1800 students enrolled.
